About Monica Landkamer
I am a certified practitioner and a member of the National AOBTA (American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia). I graduated from Anoka Ramsey Community College with an Associate of Science in Integrative Health and Healing. I also have training in cupping, craniosacral therapy, gua sha, herbalism, Healing Touch levels I and II, Spring Forest qigong levels I and II, Qi-ssage, Nutrition Response Testing, and myofascial release. I am always learning and always looking for new ways to serve you on your health journey.
I launched my own practice in 2015 to help others find healing. I had experienced different modalities to help me with plantar fasciitis, and that experience drove me to learn more and more about integrative bodywork and various tools and skills to naturally support our nervous systems. I bring a calming supportive energy as I walk with my clients on their journey of healing, assisting their body, mind, spirit to find a balance in their fast paced life.
In my spare time I love gardening, learning about how to make herbal products, working on projects, spending time with my husband and two boys, and being with my family and friends.
If you haven’t found relief or you’re looking for complementary therapies alongside your other practitioners, you’ll find a safe and welcoming space here.
Monica’s technique is not just for relaxing, it therapeutic and healing.
Throughout the years, I have had many health challenges which has left me tired and in a lot of pain. Monica has helped calm my ongoing inflammation and improve my overall wellness.
